Jukeboxes are one of the more entertaining items found in Minecraft. As the name suggests, these blocks can be placed on the ground, providing music to those in the vicinity. However, players need to collect Minecraft’s music discs in order for the jukebox to work. Currently, 14 different songs can be used with these musical items. Recently, one player decided to recreate this impressive block in real life.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as Jappiedappie12345 shared several pictures showcasing a couple of real-life items they crafted. What made these objects intriguing was that they were based on the designs of a jukebox and a parrot seen in Minecraft. Impressively, the jukebox shared a stunning resemblance to its in-game counterpart. It featured the same square shape and had a brown color with dark edging. In addition, the parrot was intricately carved out of wood and had roughly the same proportions as the ones found in the game.

Beyond showcasing the replicas on Reddit, Jappiedappie12345 shared some details behind making the Minecraft items. According to the creator, the inspiration to start the building project came after their Bluetooth speaker had broken. Following this unfortunate event, they decided to repair it and turn it into a replica of a jukebox. When it was finished, the size of the jukebox was 16x16x16 cm. Besides these items created by the Reddit user, they revealed that they planned on making more Minecraft objects in real life over the coming days.

Since posting these parrot and jukebox replicas on Reddit, numerous members of the Minecraft community have taken notice. With over 2.1K upvotes in less than a week, many were impressed with the level of detail. “If that’s not art, I don’t know what ‘art’ means,” a Reddit user known as ThatCookies said. In addition, another person known as happyholidayboyboy suggested that the creator make music disc cases to store records next to the jukebox. Some other suggestions for future creations were a piston and an ender chest.

It is often exciting to see artistic fans of Minecraft make real-life artwork based on the procedurally generated worlds found in the game. Besides these impressive jukebox and parrot replicas made by Jappiedappie12345, another fan recently turned Minecraft music discs into real-life coasters. It will be interesting to see what ingenious fans come up with next.

Minecraft is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
