In this instance, a Reddit user who goes by number1nathan has discovered a way to recreate the opening crawl sequence from Star Wars within Minecraft. A brief clip shows a more blocky version of Episode 4’s scrolling credits done in the sky. Essentially, the user has managed to re-texture the clouds and in doing so is able to simulate the beginning of the first Star Wars movie. It is a little shaky as the player has to keep realigning themselves to make the scrolling effect look authentic, but it’s a pretty impressive execution all the same....

The man, Mike Rhodes, said he heard two men firing guns near 3 p.m. local time on May 12 outside of his north Minneapolis house. He dropped to the floor and urged his 15-year-old son upstairs to do the same. Rhodes then called 911. The gunmen had left by the time the police arrived. Benjamin Granda, of the St. Louis County Police Department, said officers responded to a call of a person struck by a vehicle outside the Affton White-Rodgers Community Center in Affton, Missouri, just outside St. Louis, shortly after 6 a.m. The woman, aged around 85, is thought to have been walking across Mackenzie Road to get to the community center, which is serving as a polling place, when she was struck, Granda told Newsweek....
